What you paste is not stored
The SQL, JSON or payload you submit is processed in memory, the result goes
back in the response and is discarded. There is no payload database, no
retention, no reuse of what you pasted. The draft that reappears when you come
back to the page lives in your browser's localStorage, not on the
server.
What is measured
- Aggregate usage counter: the server counts how many times each tool (generate, diff, payload) was used per day. Just the number: no IP, no identifier, no content.
- Analytics: we use self-hosted Umami, running on the same server as this site. It sets no cookies, creates no persistent identifier and shares nothing with third parties. It records page visited, referrer, country and browser, in aggregate.
- Server logs: like almost every website, the web server logs IP, date and URL of requests for security and diagnostics. These logs are deleted automatically after about 14 days.
